A little modification to the bumper of the Spdweb.net civic.

I wanted to experiment with opening up the intercooler a little but I still wanted to keep it hidden.  Cutting the lower grille out and painting the cooler flat black worked out great.  A nice easy mod the enhances the look of the car quite a bit.  I would't attempt this on a car thats driven all the time as rocks and other flying road debris could be a problem.
