While I was installing a new clutch I noticed a crack in the weld holding the brace to the collector. I would venture to guess there is a lot of flex at this point every time the manifold heats up and cools down.  As lean as I am running this car my EGT's are rather high and I am pleased to see that there are no cracks in the manifold runners. A quick dance with the welder should fix this problem.
