I took the down pipe and a portion of the exhaust off today to fix a stripped bolt in one of the flanges.  I figured it was a good time to take a closer look at the manifold.  I found no visible cracks or signs of stress.  The quality of the metal is of course low causing uneven corrosion spots on the manifold but this isn't a beauty contest.
